The Tranquil Titan

Yes, it is I.

The Anonymous Titan.

True, you have never heard of me before. Or of anyone with a name like mine. Or perhaps you have. If so, you are one of the lucky (unlucky?) few.

However, you may not believe that this is my name. You are right, of course, but that does not make it any less my name.

I will let you puzzle over that for a moment.

So, since it is my name, you may think of me as The Anonymous Titan. With all capitals, please.

I am a student at Cal State Fullerton, and I am Anonymous. I will deign to tell you that I am also an English major. Of course, you say. He/she sounds just like one.

In fact, I do. I am an English major. You do not have the burden of sounding sophisticated and wordy every time someone asks you a question.

But aside from these two things (a Cal State Fullerton student, an English major), I will not disclose the rest. You may guess about me (and where I come from, who I am, why I am bothering you with all these vague hints), but you will probably veer way off course from the actual truth. But that, as we all know, is half the fun.

Enough with the theatrics. I am currently not in school, as any CSUF student knows (unless they are enrolled in summer courses), and I am searching for a summer job. It is my current assignment.

And an easy one, let me tell you. I have no work to do whatsoever. It is all up to my prospective employer.

But so much time on my hands has left me rather bored, so I thought I'd begin informing the rest of the non-college world (and other college students, too) of the interesting and occasionally monotonous life of the College Student. I do not say that I know it all, but since I have been in college for some time, I do think I know a thing or two.

Since I need more time to gather my thoughts, I will leave you with only one tip.

Tip #1: Procrastination is not the key to success.

There now, wasn't that helpful? I told you a tip. A tip you probably already knew. Since you might be clicking the X at the top of this page, I will quickly interrupt your actions by informing you that I am not finished!

Tip #2: It is best to save outside reading for outside of class, rather than inside. This tip has aided me for more than four years.

You may wonder why this tip has aided me for only four/five years. Odd, isn't it? Think about it.

Goodbye, now.
